Zach Wiedenhoeft is COO and President of NASL. He has 20+ years’ experience with laminated and wood component products in the architectural, window/door, and cabinet/casegood segments. Prior to his current role, Zach led the Sales and Marketing team at SourceCut Industries, Inc. which was founded by his parents in 1999 - and was the inaugural acquisition of NASL.

Growing up in the family business, Zach learned the value of integrity and a strong work ethic at a young age. He worked in all departments of the business equipping him with valuable knowledge, experience, and relationships, which are key to successfully executing his current position. Zach’s focus is fulfilling NASL’s vision of becoming the standard to be measured by (in the markets NASL serves). He believes in servant leadership and is driving to results through incremental and continuous improvement.

Zach resides in Wisconsin with his wife Stephanie and their four children. Outside of work he enjoys hunting, and spending time with his family.
